Gypsy Canyon Pinot Noir was planted in 1999 along the Santa Rita Creek in the north western region of Sta. Rita Hills.  We tend the vineyard by hand, according to organic and biodynamic principals, integrating the vineyard with the environment.  The grapes are harvested in the cool of the pre-dawn hours. We then ferment the wine in small lots, move it to French oak barrels with gravity and allow natural settling for clarity.  Gypsy Canyon Pinot Noir is created by nature, revealing elegance of character and place.
